Terms and conditions
Fulll refund if cancellation is more than 3 weeks from intended arrival date. 50% refund if the cancellation is within 3 weeks of intended arrival date. Non refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of attended arrival date. With the payment from your credit card you agree to the terms given. Price of the rent can change without notice until a confirmation has been made with a payment.

House rules and regulations
All apartments are non smoking apartments. Any damage done to the property during your stay may be charged to your credit card. We want our apartments to be comfortable for everyone, so please consider your neighbours. If the regulations are not met we reserve the right to epel you and your guests. No pets are allowed in the apartments. It is an Icelandic custom not to enter a home with dirty shoes on. This is of course optional but we would very much appreciate cleanliness from our
customers. Thank you!
